Candidates will be expected to engage in the department's research activities through publications in high quality journals, applications for research funding and collaborative research. We especially welcome applications from those with expertise in qualitative research, innovative methodologies and postgraduate supervision. The role covers both postgraduate and undergraduate teaching and includes programme directorship and contribution to the continued development of our programme portfolio.
The Department of Organizational Psychology was established in 1962 by Alec Rodger. We have always played a distinctive role in British occupational psychology where we are known for rigorous and relevant research and engaging teaching. We offer a range of courses largely aimed at working professionals across the field of human resources, careers, consulting, coaching and business/occupational psychology.
