Elon University's Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business (LSB) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Organizational Behavior starting Fall 2017. We seek candidates who are effective teachers, scholars, and mentors to teach organizational behavior and management courses in the LSB's undergraduate and masters programs and in Elon's core curriculum. Successful applicants will also need the ability to teach in the secondary area of human resource management. We will show preference to candidates who possess an earned doctorate from an AACSB-accredited university by the time of employment. In addition, we will show preference to candidates who have prior experience as an Assistant Professor at an AACSB-accredited university.

To support our teacher/scholar mission, we provide extensive teaching and research development programs, including pre-tenure sabbatical, summer and academic year research grants and course releases, and teaching workshops.
