    Hello,

    I am looking for anyone interested in combining papers to form a symposium for the upcoming SIOP 2017 conference. The deadline for submissions is Sept. 7th. The main focus of the symposium would be outcomes/consequences of employee initiative/proactive behavior/voice/etc. Outcomes can include consequences for the individual, peers, the organization, external stakeholders, etc.
