    My colleagues and I are conducting a meta-analysis of reactions to performance appraisals (e.g., performance appraisal appraisal accuracy, fairness, satisfaction, utility, organizational justice, etc.). We are specifically interested 'adequate notice' correlates of appraisal reactions, namely feedback frequency and knowledge of performance standards. Our review only includes studies involving an actual performance appraisal review session (so lab studies with students giving task feedback, for instance, are beyond the scope of our review).
