Greetings LMX Scholars!
Talya Bauer, Berrin Erdogan, Terri Scandura, and I would like to invite you to a caucus centered on the development of LMX research. (This is instead of the LMX research development PDW held in the past). The format is very informal, with no "presentations" but rather discussion based in order to facilitate the growth and development of your LMX research ideas. We will have discussion Topics for the 1.5 hour session. These topics are arranged to coincide with a subset of chapters from the newly published Oxford Handbook of LMX. The discussion tables are being led by authors of those chapters. The session will conclude with a raffle of a copy of the very same newly published LMX handbook, thanks to the generosity of Talya and Berrin!
