  • 1.  Scales to measure managerial and stakeholder values and preferences

    Folks,

One of my PhD students (working in the area of evidence based management) is testing the hypothesis that the pathway between evidence and decision option is influenced by 1. management values and preferences, and 2. stakeholder values and preferences. Do we know of any scales that measure these values and preferences? Thanks.

Have a look at this one, Baba: Arthur, J. B., Herdman, A. O., & Yang, J. (2014). How top management HR beliefs and values affect high-performance work system adoption and implementation effectiveness. Human Resource Management. doi:10.1002/hrm.21672
