    Could I please post the following to the OB Listserv:

    Updated and expanded 4th edition of Jone Pearce's Organizational Behavior Real Research for Real Managers is now available. This textbook draws on what research can say to managers seeking to gain practical mastery of their organizations. This new edition has an added chapter on teams, as well as covering new research on off-site work, distributed delegation and nepotism.
