ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR AND HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION
The Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Division of the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver Campus) invites applications for one tenure track Assistant Professor position in the field of Organizational Behaviour. Candidates should demonstrate an interest in and potential to conduct high quality research in Organizational Behavior and be very close to completing or have completed a Ph.D.
Duties include developing and maintaining an active research program aimed at making a significant contribution to the Organizational Behaviour field, teaching in undergraduate, and graduate programs, supervising Ph.D. students, as well as contributing to other teaching and administrative initiatives with respect to the Organizational Behaviour Human Resources Division, and the Sauder School of Business. Teaching and service requirements are similar to other research-intensive universities.
