Preferred qualifications:  We are primarily seeking an associate or full professor candidate. Advanced assistant professor candidates will also be considered.  Associate/Full Professor candidates must have a record of excellent teaching and scholarly accomplishments consistent with rank, including research publications in top tier management journals.  Senior assistant professor candidates should have a record of publications in leading management journals. Research area is open: we are interested in candidates conducting research in all areas of organizational behavior and management. Research interests in creativity and innovation would help support the School of Business strategic plan and will be viewed favorably, but are not required. Preference will be given to candidates who can chair dissertations, supervise doctoral student research, and who are able contribute to teaching in the research methods and/or statistics area in our doctoral program.  We seek candidates who have good communication skills, demonstrated commitment to excellence in both teaching and research, and a desire to work collaboratively with colleagues. Business experience is a plus.
