     OBHR positions at Business School of Renmin University in Beijing

     

    The Department of Organization and Human Resources at the School of Business, Renmin University of China (RBS) seeks candidates at the assistant, associate and full professor levels in the areas of leadership and human resource management. We welcome applicants who are established scholars in their fields. Applicants applying for the associate professor position should have at least one international A-level journal publication as leading author and applicants for the full professorship position should have at least three A-level publications as leading author. Candidates must be able to demonstrate competency and commitment to do both quality teaching and research.

     

    A reduced course load will be given to successful candidates in order to facilitate research. In addition, a generous start-up research grant will also be provided to the individual. Salaries are at international market standards, but will be determined based upon the qualifications of the individual. Accommodation allowances, a settlement allowance and airfare may be provided to the successful candidate. There will be many opportunities for connections to industries and companies in China.
