    Dear Colleagues,

     

    I am looking for measurement scales for leadership identity, which refers to an individual's self-view as a leader (Day & Harrison, 2007; DeRue & Ashford, 2010; Lord & Hall, 2005). Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!
