  • 1.  Seeking Mentors for Annual Meeting

I am writing to encourage you to volunteer as a mentor in the OB Division's Adopt-A-Member Program at this year's annual meeting in Anaheim. This program is designed to extend a warm welcome to all new members attending the AOM annual meeting for the first time by pairing them with experienced OB Division members. A record number of mentees are seeking mentors this year, so your participation would be greatly appreciated.

Mentors help by answering questions, offering guidance about how to organize one's visit to the meeting, and by helping create a positive, supportive experience. Past participants in the program have indicated how helpful the experience was for getting guidance in what otherwise might have been an overwhelming process. The only requirements for being a mentor are: 1) previous experience navigating the annual meeting, and 2) a willingness to share that experience with somebody attending the meeting for the first time.

If you are interested in being a mentor, please complete the short survey below.

Because the date of the meeting is quickly approaching, the survey will only remain open until next Monday, July 11th.

    Best regards,
    Travis Grosser
