    **Apologies for cross-posting**

I am teaching an Executive MBA course on Strategic Leadership in the Fall, and I am looking for some recommendations for a text (preferably something with case exercises and ancillary materials). I would also consider a leadership simulation, if anyone has recommendations.

    Many thanks in advance!

    Cheers,

    Allen

You may want to consider BIG Ideas to BIG Results (Pearson 2016) and The Organization Game: A Simulation.

    Good luck.

The book I find very useful is Leadership Theory and Practice by P.G. Northouse.

    Best wishes

I also use northhouse for both graduate and undergraduate leadership courses.
