Professor Sharon Parker has recently been awarded an Australian Research Council Laureate Fellowship and is establishing a unique, world-class Centre for Transformative Work Design. The Centre focuses on the transformative role of work design in enhancing individual health, well-being and learning, as well as team and organisational effectiveness. Applications are invited from researchers with a relevant PhD qualification in organisational psychology/behavior and experience in a range of research methods conducting applied organisational and field-based research. The positions will be from 3 to 4 years. The salary range is:  Level A $65,232 - $88,520 p.a. (Minimum commencing salary for PhD is $88,520 p.a.); Level B $93,182 - $110,654 p.a.; or  Level C $114,147 - $131,622 p.a. The salary will be dependent on experience and qualification, but please note that an individual who has recently graduated with their PhD would normally be expected to start at Level A or B.
