    The Department of Management & Organizations in the Cox School of Business at SMU seeks to hire in the area of organizational behavior/management at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, with an August 2017 start. Candidates must have a Ph.D. by the start of employment and a promising record of research publication in premier journal outlets. Evidence of high quality teaching is also required. Teaching opportunities are available at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Both salary and teaching load are competitive, as well as support for research and instruction.
