    Dear Colleagues, 


    The Journal of Organizational Behavior is calling for papers for its special issue on "The Consequences of Proactive Behaviors at Work: New Directions". This special issue will be co-edited by four guest-editors, Wu Liu, Subrahmaniam Tangirala, Cynthia Lee, and Sharon K. Parker.  We welcome theoretical or empirical papers that contribute to our understanding of the consequences of proactive behaviors at work. 


    The Submission deadline is November, 30, 2016.  For the detailed information about this special issue, please see the attachment.
