    Dear Colleagues,

    I am looking for a book that can guide novice researchers on data analysis and interpretation for thesis-level research in management. Standard Business Statistics books are not very much useful in terms of interpretations of results, from management and OB perspectives. I would greatly appreciate your suggestions. Thank you!

    Hi Ameer, 

    I know that most standard business books might not be very good in teaching how to interpret your results. However, I think Field's book (Discovering Statistics using IBM SPSS Statistics) is an exception,
