The School of Business Administration at Oakland University is recruiting a faculty member to teach introductory and advanced undergraduate and graduate level courses in Leadership, Motivation and Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management. The faculty member would also be expected to develop and maintain a high quality of research and service activities appropriate to the position beginning August 2017.

Required Qualifications:
· A Ph.D in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Labor and Industrial Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or equivalent degree from an accredited AACSB International or equivalent accredited institution prior to the 2017-2018 academic year;
· Candidates should be able to teach leadership (and courses related to leadership such as motivation), but also introductory courses in organizational behavior or human resource management;
· Evidence of achievement in scholarship such as presentations at scholarly conferences and/or journal articles;
· Evidence of teaching effectiveness through evaluations or letters.
