The lecturer would be joining the Employment Systems and Institutions (ESI) group which is at http://www.uea.ac.uk/esi
Our group includes work psychologists and human resource management academics focusing on well-being research and high commitment work systems. £40,082 to £46,414 per annum
The School is seeking to recruit an outstanding academic in the fields of Human Resource Management or Organisational Behaviour with interests and expertise in any area of organisational behaviour or related fields especially work psychology or human resource management. The successful applicants will take an active role in developing international-level research (ATR) or take an active scholarship interest in their subject (ATS). They will also contribute to teaching across a number of degrees, support enterprise and engagement activities and contribute to the School's Employment Systems and Institutions (ESI) Research Group. Several members of the ESI group are part of Work, Learning and Wellbeing evidence programme for the Economic and Social Research Council funded What Works Wellbeing Centre.
For ATR staff lecturers must have a PhD or be near to completion. For ATS staff a good first degree or an equivalent qualification is essential; and PhD (or nearing completion), or equivalent experience. Applicants must satisfy all the essential criteria detailed in the person specification.
The post is available from 11 July 2016 on a full-time indefinite basis.
