Would you like to meet senior scholars in your field, discuss research interests, and "make connections"?

Would you like to meet other members of the OB division interested in similar research topics to "make connections"?

If you answered yes to either of these questions, then this PDW was made for you! Here are some details:

This PDW was created especially for members to feel more "at home" in the OB division through expanding their network of scholars interested in similar areas of research. We designed the forum so that members can meet leading scholars in specific OB research topic areas, meet other members of the division, and discuss research with this group of scholars who share similar interests.

As a participant in the forum, members can self-select into three research themes of their choice. Research themes span a wide range of OB topics including motivation/engagement, leadership, stress/well-being, emotions/affect/attitudes, team composition/team interventions, team processes, creativity/innovation, time/temporal dynamics, personality/individual differences, positive research in OB, the dark side of OB, identity/identification, justice/trust, and cross-cultural/international OB.

The forum will include three rounds of 20-minute research discussions moderated by renowned scholars in particular areas of interest (for the complete list of facilitators, click here). We anticipate terrific research discussions and the facilitation of many meaningful connections in the OB division.

Pre-registration for this PDW is required. The registration deadline is July 31, 2016. There is limited space so we encourage you to register sooner rather later. Registering for the PDW can be done through the AOM PDW registration site and requires an approval code.

    The approval code is PDWX2BG2
