    The Department of Work and Organization at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota is hiring for one post-doctoral researcher to work on a project funded by the National Science Foundation.     Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D completed prior to the beginning of the appointment.

    Preferred Qualifications: Qualified individuals should have a background in industrial/organizational psychology (or closely related fields, such as human resources management, organizational behavior, social psychology, industrial labor relations, or applied economics) and expertise in research methods (including but not limited to field survey-based research design, laboratory experiments, or advanced quantitative data analysis).

    Appointment to this post-doc position is for a specific period of time, ideally beginning August 2016, is non-tenure earning, and may be renewable. Level of appointment and compensation will be determined by the nature of the task and the credentials of the applicant.
