    Hi,

     

    I am on the editorial board of the Journal of Behavioral and Applied Management (JBAM) and we are trying to reignite the journal. 

     

    We have recently published Volume 16, Issue 1 which can be found at https://jbam.scholasticahq.com/issue/138

     

    We are looking for both reviewers and submissions.  Our acceptance rate is currently about 21% and we hope that with submissions of high quality, we can get to under 20%.

     

    So – if you are early in your career, submission to our journal will help your career, as we have good reviewers which will improve your paper even if it is eventually rejected.  Also, reviewing for a journal will also look good on your vita and potentially lead to editorial board positions which also look quite good.
