    Dear colleagues,

    I am seeking unpublished studies or studies that are in-press that examine the relations between the transformational leadership sub-dimensions and  OB/HR variables. If you have a study that you would be willing to include in this meta-analysis please contact me at kmccauley@wtamu.edu. Please also include how you would like your study cited.
