In Volume 2 of the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, Sigal Barsade and Andrew Knight wrote a great article about group affect (see http://www.annualreviews.org/doi/abs/10.1146/annurev-orgpsych-032414-111316). They have also recently completed a companion video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CmVlaEz6UoQ) that highlights the key issues from the article in a user friendly and accessible way. The video is the perfect length for showing in class (about six and a half minutes) and sharing with practitioner audiences; I hope you find it as interesting as I do!
