    Dear OB community,

    I am currently conducting a meta analysis on work-related learning behavior. If you have any unpublished quantitative studies on this topic, I will be happy to include them so we can reduce publication bias.

  • 2.  Looking for exercises and activities on Growth Mindset

    I have been asked to put together a 60-90 minute class utilizing Carol Dweck's Growth mindset within a corporate environment.  To not "recreate the wheel", I am looking for suggestions on exercises or activities that might be useful for such a session.   

    I appreciate your assistance with suggestions.
