Dear OB Colleagues:
I am revising an undergraduate (Level 3-final year) course in Conflict Management. The course is designed to stay away from another course in employment relations & negotiation (taught to the same level of students) as much as possible.
Also, the course is taught as a seminar (3 hrs) and I am looking for topics that work. Additionally, I will appreciate any thoughts on in-class activities (e.g. short case studies, role-playing, experiential exercises, critical thinking exercises, videos, and other material) that have worked for you in understanding conflict, the nature of conflict, factors contributing to conflict (psychological etc.) and conflict management processes.
Thanks for your help in advance.
Cheers
Remi
