I have recently been asked to conduct two distinct workshops for an executive education group. The workshop(s)/seminar(s) should last about four hours each. Workshop A should focus on Leadership/Managerial Styles and Workshop B should focus on ethics. I am hoping that some of the members may have conducted executive training in the past and may have some resources to share that will help in the development of these two workshops. My development window is short, thus, I am hoping some of you may have some great resources.
