    Please find below the official ad for a 2-year postdoctoral position at the Kellogg School of Management. The postdoc would work on a large-scale intervention project in collaboration with Nicole Stephens and Sarah Townsend. The deadline for applications is Friday, January 22, 2016.

    Postdoctoral Fellowship
    The Postdoctoral Fellow will collaborate closely with Nicole Stephens and Sarah Townsend on a large intervention project with MBA students. The project will consist of designing and testing the efficacy of new programs for female and male MBA students. The goal of the intervention is to improve female MBA students' experience and outcomes at Kellogg, as well as their long-term leadership outcomes over the course of their careers.
     
    This fellowship is a two-year position, ideally beginning on June 15, 2016. Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in a social science discipline prior to beginning the fellowship, and should have a research focus that is relevant one of the following topics: gender, leadership, intergroup relations, cultural psychology, stereotyping and prejudice, and/or intervention science. An ideal candidate would also have experience analyzing multi-level data such as with Hierarchical Linear Modeling.
