Position Announcement in OB/HR
The Department of Human Resource Management at Temple University’s Fox School of Business is recruiting for a tenured faculty member with research and teaching interests in any areas of Organizational Behavior (OB) and Human Resources (HR) including Business Ethics. The position will be available in July 2016. Associate Professor candidates are preferred though Full Professor candidates may be considered as well. Assistant Professor candidates should not apply for this position. Candidates must have at least five publications in top-tier, mainstream Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Applied Psychology journals (AMJ, AMR, JAP, PPsych, OS, OBHDP, ASQ) since July 2011. Teaching responsibilities can include courses at the undergraduate, MS in HR and MBA, and doctoral levels. Candidates should possess a strong documented record of teaching excellence and be willing to work with Ph.D. students and supervise their dissertations.
The Human Resource Management Department includes 12 tenure-track and tenured faculty members: Drs.
