Assistant Professor of Management, West Point, United States Military Academy

As an Assistant Professor, you will teach undergraduate management courses within the Management Program/Major in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the United States Military Academy. The department is an interdisciplinary program that offers majors in Psychology, Engineering Psychology, Management, Leadership, and Sociology. You will design, teach and administer undergraduate management courses, and mentor students' academic and extracurricular development. You will support the personal growth and development of cadets in and out of the classroom, as a role model for future leaders of the Nation.
Applicants will be evaluated on the following:
1) Academic Accomplishment (a Ph.D. is strongly preferred) in Organizational Behavior, I/O Psychology, Management, Strategy, or related field;
2) Ability to teach undergraduate courses in a management program, with primary focus on strategy, general management, international management, organizational change, leading teams, and human resource management (classroom teaching experience at the college level preferred);
3) Demonstrated ability to produce a research agenda and publication record relevant to the teaching areas listed above; and
4) Ability to support the personal growth of cadets in and out of the classroom, as a role model for future leaders of the Nation.\\ Application packages must include:
