  • 1.  Need some advice - micro OB module for executives

    Hi,

    I need some advice regarding an executive program we run in our school. This is a programme specializing in supply chain and I teach a module for micro OB (individual and group) over 7-8 sessions.

    There is concern about relevance to this group (6 years average work experience) and hence I want to update the course outline to make it more useful for them.

    Would appreciate suggestions about what should be covered in this module and/or share any outline that you have that might help? Please reply directly to me at srinivasan.tatachari@iimu.ac.in

    Hi Srini,

     

    People don't often make the link between supply chain management and HR/OB.  Here's a paper where you might find insights useful for supply chain executives:
