    Hi all-

    Please find attached the ALL NEW Best of 2015 list.

     

    This is the second annual list of the best research in the area of women's leadership, put together by the Women's Leadership Center at Kennesaw State University.

     

    We have also just awarded our first ever Best Paper Award with an associated prize of $1500! The winning paper is:


    Hoobler, J. M., Lemmon, G., & Wayne, S. J. (2014). Women's Managerial Aspirations An Organizational Development Perspective. Journal of Management, 40, 703-730.

     

    Congratulations to all authors represented in the Best of 2015 and the Best Paper Award!
