    Dear Colleagues,

I am conducting a meta-analysis on emotional intelligence training programs with my research team. We are including experimental studies that examine the effect of training on emotional intelligence scores.

We are seeking unpublished studies (e.g. working papers, under-review or in-press papers, dissertations, master's theses, etc.), conference presentations, proceedings publications, or book chapters on this topic. Specifically, our inclusion criteria is:

    (a) the training program includes at least some component intended to improve emotional intelligence of participants

    (b) a measure of emotional intelligence was administered pre- and post-training (c) reporting of means and standard deviations of the EI measure, or enough statistical information (e.g., F, t, or p-values) to allow for the estimation of effect sizes

    (d) the sample must be comprised of adult participants (18 and over)

Please send any relevant papers or data sets to Victoria Mattingly at victoria.mattingly@colostate.edu.

Thank you for your time and consideration,

    Victoria Mattingly
