    Greetings,

     

    I am organizing a presenter symposium on person-environment fit for the August 2016 Academy of Management Meeting and am looking to round out the symposium with one additional presenter. In particular, I am seeking research that addresses the dynamic nature of P-E fit, research that uses a qualitative approach to study P-E fit, or research that aligns with both of these characteristics.
