| Requirements | • Candidates for the position should have a PhD or DBA in Management or an equivalent degree in a related field from an accredited school with a focus in HR, leadership or OB. • ABDs are encouraged to apply, but would be expected to complete their degrees within one year from the beginning of their appointment. • Background in project management with accompanying certifications would be a benefit. • Prior work experience or demonstrated equivalence is required. - The MMBA Department includes the following majors: General Business, Insurance and Risk Management, Management, Marketing and Supply Chain Management. The MMBA Department is housed in the College of Business, which is accredited by AACSB and enrolls approximately 2,300 undergraduate and over seven hundred graduate students. The College's new MBA program has received significant interest from the business community, and has achievement incredible growth. As a result, the college needs additional faculty to support its concentration in sales management.
