    As an associate professor of OB at EMLYON Business School France, we are actively seeking for an Change Management/OB professor. We thus would like to send the following job offer to the OB Listserv:

    The positions

     

    EMLYON Business School invites applications for a position in Change management beginning in September 2016. The position will be located either in Ecully (Lyon) or Paris. All ranks will be considered.

    We are interested in different research topics dealing with change implementation with a strong interest for change management in digital contexts.

    We are also interested in issues like employees' cooperation determinants or change in global companies and in emergent countries. We also welcome research on the human side of M&As.

     

    Salary and conditions are competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

    Job requirements and information for applicants

    ·         Applicants must hold a PhD or doctorate and have a strong research orientation. This orientation should be demonstrated by a publication track record in highly regarded management journals such as those in the FT list.

     

    ·         Successful candidates should demonstrate an excellent teaching ability at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. A first experience of in executive education will be a plus.

     

    ·         Successful candidates should be able to teach in English.
