Dear Colleagues,
We are organizing a symposium on strategic followership (antecedents, mediators, moderators, and outcomes) for AOM 2016. Strategic followership is defined as the process by which subordinates, in their role as followers, engage in behaviors that contribute value to organizations, divisions, departments, or other stakeholders. The value contribution can be in the form of behaviors that relate directly to the strategic objectives of organizations or indirectly through calculative mechanisms.
We are looking for 1 or 2 papers that specifically show these two effects to join our symposium.
Please let me know, if you are interested.
