    Dear Colleagues,

First of all, apologies for the cross-postings.

We are organizing a PDW on 'Entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship: developing innovation culture' for submission to the 2016 Academy of Management Conference in Anaheim, CA.

The goal is to set a discussion table between scholars and practioners to discuss the factors within companies or universities that can create triggers for entrepreneurship. Our aim is to gather insights on how cultural settings may create the favorable context for sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation practices inside an organization. Considering the importance of innovation on a company's success, it is important to develop and optimize the entrepreneurial skills and competencies of employees. Cultural aspects, such as 'national culture' for entrepreneurship and 'organizational culture' for intrepreneurship, may influence innovation shaping the extent to which they emerge and unfold. To address this issue, we intent to explore the role of culture at the individual, organizational and institutional level within the context of entrepreneurship and its practice inside a company.

If you would like to participate as a presenter, please submit a 150-200 word abstract of your paper idea to "rosana.reis@isg.fr".  We will then select the 4-5 speakers that best fit with our PDW.

Please submit your abstracts ASAP, preferably  by midnight (Amsterdam Time) January 7, 2015.

    All the best,
