Symposium Collaboration for AOM2016: Positive and Negative Outcomes of Emotions in Teams
Through the process of emotional contagion, teams develop similar patterns of emotional behaviors and affective states, which in turn influences team outcomes. What contributes to positive and negative effects of team emotions on team functioning and performance?
