The Department of Psychology at Michigan State University (MSU) is seeking applications for a fixed-term instructor in the area of Organizational Psychology to begin August 16, 2016. Candidates should have a master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational behavior, human resources, or other related fields, and those with a PhD are preferred. Candidates must be able to teach undergraduate classes in introduction and advanced industrial-organizational psychology and in other general areas of psychology, such as introduction to psychology, research methods, and statistics. Prior teaching experiences at undergraduate levels are preferred.
The Organizational Psychology program has been ranked first in the nation in industrial/organizational psychology for more than thirteen years by U.S. News & World Report. Excellent working relationships are maintained with the MSU Department of Management, Eli Broad College of Business, and with the School of Labor and Industrial Relations.
