    Hi Saidur,

     

    The Multidimensional Work Ethic Profile (Short Form) has a 4-item subscale called Morality/Ethics that may be useful. See the attached MWEP measure and a journal article on the development of the measure.

    Saidur,

     

    Perhaps a measure of moral agency might work? If not, there are a number of other options in Sekerka et al. (2009).

     

    1. I am determined to do the right thing.

    2. Others can rely on me to exemplify moral behavior.

    3. Engaging in principled action is an ongoing pursuit for me.
