Colleagues,
We are looking to join or form a symposium on the relationships between values-based leadership and stress for AOM 2016. Values-based leadership could be anything to do with leadership rooted in ethical/moral values, such as ethical leadership, servant leadership, authentic leadership, etc. Stress could be in regards to the employee, the leader, or anyone else in the environment. Any stress-related constructs would work.
If anyone is seeking an additional paper on this topic, or if anyone would like to join a symposium on this topic, please let me know.
