Dear colleagues (with apologies for cross-posting),
I am seeking unpublished studies that examine the relation of tip enhancing techniques on the part of employees (e.g., good customer service, telling a joke, forecasting good weather) to percentage of a bill tipped by customers (i.e., amount tipped). I am also interested in relations of other traditional OB/HR variables (and demographic variables of employees and customers) to percentage of a bill that is tipped.
If you have a study that you would be willing to include in this meta-analysis please contact me at gcbanks@gmail.com. Also, please include how you would like your study cited.
Thanks in advance for your assistance,
George
