Job Opening: Professor in OB/HRM and Director, Research Centre

The Centre for Human Resource Management is undergoing an expansion and rebranding to better reflect its scope of work in organisational behaviour, human resource management and work-life interface. The Director will provide strategic leadership to the Centre, and be accountable for its performance. The Centre is internationally recognised for the high quality of research produced by its members and will continue to expand and enhance its international reputation, relationships and reach.
The successful candidate will be appointed as the Director, with an underlying appointment as a Professor in the School of Management. The Director will be a collaborative academic leader who brings experience in the development and nurturing of academic research talent, and will play a pivotal role in the growth of research output and funding, and in the ongoing development of the research agenda for the Centre.
