Request for unpublished studies: Meta-analysis
I am a Masters student at the University of Auckland in New Zealand conducting a meta-analysis on newcomer proactive behaviours at work. I am contacting you today to request unpublished studies or working papers that look at the relation between newcomer proactive behaviours (e.g., performance feedback seeking) and individual differences (e.g., big 5 personality dimensions, proactive personality, self-efficacy), or of newcomer proactive behaviours and individual outcomes (e.g., organisational commitment, job satisfaction, subjective performance).
If you have a relevant unpublished study, or know of one that may be relevant, I would appreciate it if you would take the time to provide me with some details. If you could send me the Method and Results section of any unpublished papers I would greatly appreciate it. I am very interested in including as many studies as possible in order to reduce publication bias – hence I would like to include all studies, regardless of whether the relationships are positive, null or negative. Please submit information using the first e-mail address below.
Please let me know if additional information is necessary or if I can answer any question regarding this request. Thank you in advance for your help and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
