Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, Tenure Track
The School of Management invites applications for an Assistant Professor (tenure track) to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in organizational behavior and human resource management.
Responsibilities: The candidate must have the ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational behavior and human resource management for delivery in traditional classroom and online environments; interact with the local business community; be willing to assume a program leadership role; be able to collaborate with colleagues in teaching, research and service activities; possess a willingness to perform some summer work.
Qualifications: An earned doctorate in human resource management or related field is preferred. Some industrial experience is desirable along with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching.
