Dear Colleagues,
Jing Zhou, Christina Shalley, Sejin Kim, and I are conducting a meta-analysis on team creativity. We are considering for inclusion both experimental and non-experimental studies that examine predictors of teams' creative performance.
We are seeking unpublished studies (e.g. working papers, papers accepted for publication, dissertations, master's theses, etc.), conference presentations, proceedings publications, or book chapters on this topic.
