    Dear Colleagues,

     

    I am organizing a 2016 Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Conference research symposium submission on how online social media is used by leaders and in worker interactions. Virtual team and virtual leader research may offer a potential fit in the symposium. We are looking for both empirical and theoretical work. If you have research that you think would fit with our theme please email me for more information (schmidtg@ipfw.edu).  Please also feel free to extend the invitation to other colleagues that might have relevant research.
