  • 1.  Team task with observable mistakes and failures

    Posted 08-25-2015 12:33
    Dear Colleagues,

I apologize for cross-posting. I am currently investigating teamwork and was wondering if anybody knew a team task (e.g. Lego tower-building exercise) where team members are likely to fail and make mistakes and where these errors were observable. Articles but also insights or experience are very welcome.

I thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

    Best regards,

    Hi, Williams.

Have you heard of the Marshmallow Challenge? My colleagues and I (and the students, of course) have had fun with this one, and you can tie it into various units on teamwork, communication, strategy, planning, etc. Here's a link to the website explaining the activity...

    Have fun!
