    Applications are invited for a post-doctoral scholar position working under the supervision of Dr. Alia Crum, Dr. Hazel Markus, and Dr. Alana Conner within the Department of Psychology at Stanford University.  The post-doctoral scholar will assist with data management and data analysis on a number of different projects pursued by the Mind & Body Lab (Dr. Alia Crum), the Mind, Culture and Society Lab (Dr. Hazel Markus), and SPARQ (Stanford Psychological Answers to Real-World Questions, Dr. Alana Conner).  Required qualifications include: a PhD in psychology, statistics, biostatistics or related field; excellent expertise in advanced statistical methods (hierarchical linear modeling, multivariate analysis, structural equation modeling, etc.); excellent methodological expertise with experimental, longitudinal, and/or assessment-development designs; and strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Preferred experience includes: previous research on health- or healthcare-related topics; previous involvement in intervention design or evaluation. Salary is competitive.  Start date is flexible.
